Lifetime Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
Vargo Watch Company warrants that every Vargo Watch Company watch is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered during the warranty period, Vargo Watch Company will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the watch;
- Replace the watch with the same model or a comparable model; or
- Issue a refund of the original purchase price.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect;
- Improper handling or unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- Impact damage, crushing, bending, or other physical damage;
- Exposure to chemicals, solvents, saltwater, or extreme environmental conditions;
- Loss or theft; or
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, fading, coating wear, strap wear, crystal wear, lume aging, finish deterioration, or other cosmetic changes resulting from ordinary use.
The following items are considered consumable or wearable components and are not covered by this Lifetime Warranty except where a manufacturing defect is determined to have existed at the time of manufacture:
- Straps, bracelets, spring bars, and buckles;
- Batteries;
- Gaskets and seals;
- Coatings, plating, and surface finishes;
- Any other component subject to normal wear, aging, or routine replacement.
To obtain warranty service, the owner must provide proof of purchase and return the watch to Vargo Watch Company for inspection. Vargo Watch Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a claimed issue is the result of a manufacturing defect or an excluded condition.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Vargo Watch Company and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Vargo Watch Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
